Nico Consulting was born from a deep understanding of boarding life and the needs of international families. Founded by Sarah Bill, former House Mistress - The King’s Hospital, our story began with a simple but powerful idea: that every student studying abroad deserves not just supervision, but personalised care, practical support, and a sense of belonging.
Drawing on her years of experience in boarding schools and pastoral leadership, Sarah recognised that families needed more than just logistics—they needed guidance, reassurance, and a trusted partner throughout their child’s education journey.
What began as a hands-on guardianship service has grown into a comprehensive education consultancy that helps students from around the world find the right school, settle in with confidence, and thrive both academically and personally.
